Organic coconut oil from Saint Charles is gently cold pressed and from controlled organic cultivation.

Coconut fat or coconut oil comes from palm trees, which can grow up to 30 meters in height and up to 100 years old. The coconut fat is extracted from the coconut trees by cold pressing. It is easily digestible and also can be heated to high temperatures/ has a high heat stability.

Saint Charles plant-based oils are characterised by:

  • Organic quality (agriculture – oil mills – filling/distribution)
  • High quality: the preservation of valuable ingredients by careful cold pressing by a regional Saint Charles partner company
  • Short as possible transport routes and the avoidance of unnecessary packaging
Oleum Cocos Nucifera (100% coconut oil, cold pressed, from controlled organic farming)
Coconut oil has a relatively long shelf life for a vegetable oil with up to 24 months. Store in a cool, well-protected and well-closed place.
