The Vitamin Vital Tonic is a speciality of the Saint Charles Pharmacy, is made from selected herbs and offers a broad spectrum of vitamins.
Ingredients: magnesium, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin C, iron, inositol, choline, folic acid ginseng and guarana
Dosage: 3 x daily 1 tablespoon after meals
Daily dose (approx. 40g): 100mg of ginseng extract, 80mg of guarana extract, 40mg of inositol, 20mg of choline chloride, 40mg of iron gluconate (34% RDA), 40mg of magnesium citrate (1.5% RDA). Vitamins: 100mg vitamin C (125% RDA), 20mg nicotinamide (25% RDA), 8mg D-panthenol (133% RDA), 2mg vitamin B2 (143% RDA), 2mg vitamin B6 (143% RDA), 1.6mg Vitamin B1 (145% RDA), 240 μg (120% RDA)
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Storage: keep sealed, cool, dry and protected from light. Caution is advised for diabetics due to sugar and alcohol content.
