PAYMENT
Your credit card account, bank account in case of EPS transfer and Paypal account will be charged upon completion of the order.
We already offer a wide range of different payment methods, so that no wishes remain unfulfilled. These include purchase on account, Paypal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EPS transfers. You can find a complete list in the payment step in the checkout.
With the fee-free purchase on account with Klarna, you will receive your goods before you have paid for them. You can shop with peace of mind, place your order, and then take a look at the products at home. Afterwards, you have 14 days to settle the invoice. You do not have to provide any sensitive data, the purchase on account is completely risk-free. Klarna is currently offered in Germany and Austria.
We enable payment with Mastercard, American Express, or VISA.

With our SAINT FRIENDS programme, we offer a special benefit and bonus system as a thank you for your trust. At Saint Charles, everything revolves around the natural herbal world. So you don't just collect (or seed) points, but of course SAINT SEEDS.
With the registration in our online shop you automatically participate in the SAINT FRIENDS customer programme. No further registration is necessary. ATTENTION: Our SAINT FRIENDS programme is only available in German!
You can view your collected SAINT SEEDS at any time by clicking on the plant symbol at the bottom right. As individual as each of our SAINT FRIENDS is the choice of ways to redeem the collected SAINT SEEDS. Your trust should be rewarded according to your wishes. Shipping
The reliable and environmentally friendly shipping of our products is of great concern to us. Shipping is carried out by post or, in the case of international shipments, by DHL.

Within Austria, your package should reach you within approx. 1-2 working days. To Germany, a shipping time of approx. 2-3 working days is reported. For international shipments, we are dependent on our logistics partner DHL.
In individual cases, there may be short-term bottlenecks due to a high order volume and we may have to produce or reorder your products first. In these rare cases, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team.
RETOURE & REKLAMATION
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us free of charge (valid for Germany, Austria and Switzerland). We will refund the shipping costs and bear the costs for the return transport.
Please inform us at the e-mail address hello@saint-charles.eu, stating the order number. We will then send you an e-mail link from the Austrian Post or, in the case of international shipments, from DHL, with which you can very easily create a shipping label. If you wish, we can generate the shipping label for you and send it to you by e-mail. Please stick this shipping label on the box so that it is clearly visible and take the parcel to the nearest post office or, in the case of international items, to the nearest DHL parcel shop in your area.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are confident in the quality of our products—and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on select products.
You can return any of our specially marked products up to 30 days after receiving them—even if you’ve already tried them. It’s simple—for example, if you say:
- “The product doesn’t meet my expectations”,
- “I don’t like the scent”,
- or “It’s not what I expected.”
Important: This guarantee applies exclusively to specially marked products labeled with “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.” It is independent of the statutory right of withdrawal and voluntarily supplements it.
We handle complaints — such as those regarding skin sensitivities or product defects — as usual through our customer service.
Here’s how it works:
- Send us a quick message with your order number within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Return the product to us (even if it has been opened).
- We’ll refund the full purchase price — it’s simple and fair.

We’ve upgraded our customer account to a more modern and secure version. Starting now, you can simply log in with your email address and receive a one-time code via email—a password is no longer required.
All previous data (orders, invoices, addresses) will be retained, and the new design is clearer, more mobile-friendly, and will offer more self-service features in the future, such as our loyalty program.
