The Herbal Essence Metabolic Complex is a high-quality plant extract consisting of ginger, Jerusalem artichoke, celery seed, fennel.

Saint Charles Herbal Essences are produced according to a spagyric tradition in an elaborate and multi-stage process with the aim of uniting the wholeness of the respective plants in a complex remedy. Depending on the product, up to 20 different herbs are combined on the basis of proven recipes from our pharmacy.

Most of the herbs used grow in the middle of the Bregenzerwald mountains, where they are carefully harvested by hand and freshly processed.
