Strongly malty and tart-tasting honey from the manuka tree, a type of tea tree found in New Zealand.

Our honey products are raw food quality; they are not heated (above 40°C) or pasteurized, but are therefore completely natural. Any crystallization that may occur is a sign of natural quality.
