A cooperation that connects
When the Haus der Barmherzigkeit contacted us on the occasion of its 150th anniversary, we knew immediately: This is more than a cooperation - it's a matter of the heart.
We wanted to get to know the people and the institution personally. Because real partnership is created through encounters. And through conviction. We were deeply impressed by what we experienced: the House of Mercy cares for over 1,200 people in need of care - with dignity, quality of life and humanity. Every day. For over a century.
Herzi and Karl - the soap with soul
This meeting gave rise to a joint project that is particularly close to our hearts: Herzi and Karl - the natural hand soap that cares for body and karma.
Herzi - that stands for the House of Mercy. Karl - that's us at Saint Charles. We are united by a common attitude: care, humanity and the conviction that care has many faces. Together we have created a product that combines fragrance, effect and values.

Scent, care and effect
We have developed the hand soap with our usual passion and a lot of heart - with pure natural essential oils and to the highest quality standards. The finely balanced fragrance composition combines tangy blood orange, warming cinnamon bark, petitgrain and laurel. The fragrance provides freshness and familiarity at the same time - like a moment of arrival.
With every bottle, you donate 7 euros to the Haus der Barmherzigkeit. The non-profit Haus der Barmherzigkeit offers long-term care with quality of life to around 1,250 people in need of severe care and supports around 430 clients with complex disabilities. The donation will be used to fund additional activities, individual and group therapies that are not covered by the public sector - and which improve the quality of life of the residents in the long term.
Communication with attitude - not with clichés
The campaign was implemented by the Viennese creative agency Achtzehn Grad - deliberately unconventional, bold and true to life. The faces of the campaign: residents of the building. Staged humorously, stylishly and full of joie de vivre.
