Saint Charles Summer Apothecary Vermouth Drinks

Good things take time, and this also applies to many an inspiration. Recently, we've been loving to bring natural healing to life in the form of drinks. Six months after the ceremonial presentation of our Pharmacist Tonic Shots based on vermouth, we are now offering all interested parties exclusive mix suggestions with our Tonic Shots, made from over 20 regional herbs from wild collection. But don't expect a classic bar menu, but let our serving suggestions read your wishes from your eyes. The wishes, however, are not whisky brands, cocktails or long drinks, but rather physical or spiritual needs.

Whether invigorating, strengthening concentration, calming or regenerating, we have the right drink for every need. With a selection of different herbs, carefully chosen, in small quantities, but with concentrated plant power.

Apothecary Tonic Classic
 


Apothecary Tonic Classic

(Optional tonic variants: Relax, Energizer, Hangover or Digestive)
- 6cl SC Apotheker Tonikum
- 200ml (Thomas Henry) Tonic Water
- Lemon slice
- Rosemary

First fill the glass with ice, then pour in the tonic. Then add the tonic water and garnish with lemon slice and rosemary sprig. Alternative: mineral water instead of tonic water

Apotheker Tonikum Angostura
 

Apothecary Tonic Angostura

(Optional tonic variants: Relax, Energizer, Hangover or Digestive)
- 6cl SC Apotheker Tonikum
- 200ml Fevertree "Aromatic Tonic"
- Orange slice

First fill the glass with ice and pour in the tonic. Then pour "Fevertree Aromatic Tonic" and garnish with orange.

(Optional tonic variants: Relax, Energizer, Hangover or Digestive)
- 6cl SC Apothecary Tonic
- 200ml Ginger-Ale
- 2cl Lemon Juice
- Ginger Slice
- Lemon Peel

Put ice cubes, tonic and lemon juice in a glass. Then garnish with ginger slice and lemon peel and pour on ginger ale.       
Apotheker Tonikum Bitter Lemon
 

Apothecary Tonic Bitter Lemon

Optional tonic variants: Relax, Energizer, Hangover or Digestive)
- 6cl SC Apothecary Tonic
- 200ml Bitter Lemon
- Lemon slice
- Mint leaves

Fill glass with ice first, then pour in tonic and bitter lemon and garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves.
