Argan oil from Saint Charles is carefully cold-pressed and from certified organic cultivation.

The argan tree is one of the oldest tree species in the world, which today only grows in Morocco. Argan oil belongs to the most exquisite and expensive oils of the world. The traditionally used oil is pressed from the almonds found inside the fruit kernels.

Due to its natural antioxidants the oil has been rediscovered in recent years as a natural anti-aging agent in the beauty industry. Rich in vitamin E as well as the rare and valuable phytosterols (spinasterol and schottenol), it is also suitable as a cooking oil.

Saint Charles plant-based oils are characterised by:

  • Organic quality (agriculture – oil mills – filling/distribution)
  • High quality: the preservation of valuable ingredients by careful cold pressing by a regional Saint Charles partner company
  • Short as possible transport routes and the avoidance of unnecessary packaging
Argan oil* * from controlled organic cultivation
Argan oil has a relatively long shelf life for a plant-based oil, up to 12 months when kept sealed. We recommend storing in north-facing rooms, larders or refrigerators.
