The Shiitake mushroom powder contains all ingredients of the Lentinula edodes in the natural concentration and composition. The shiitake is gently dried after harvesting (at below 35°C) and then ground ultrafine. This grinding technique is also known as the "shellbroken process". This means that the cell walls are broken open when the mushrooms are ground.
