Plant powder complex (carob seed powder (Ceratoniasiliqua), thickening agent: xanthan gum, prickly pear leaf powder (Opuntia ficus-indica); Carolean™)), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), nicotinamide, coconut milk extract (Cocos nucifera), cassava root extract (Manihot esculenta), pyridoxine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate.

Take 1 capsule once daily with plenty of liquid approximately 30 minutes before a meal. Recommended to take with at least 200 ml of water.
