The Herbal Essence Valerian is a high-quality plant extract, which is produced according to Paracelsian tradition in an elaborate and multi-stage process. The aim is to preserve and use the wholeness of the respective plant through distillation and extraction. The herbs used are produced in the midst of the Bregenzerwald mountains and are partly harvested by hand and freshly processed.
True valerian is a plant species from the valerian genus. The extract from the roots of valerian is valued as a strong-smelling, calming oil.
The herbal spiritouse can be enjoyed pure or in combination with water or tea (see application for recommendations).
