The Herbal Essence Milk Thistle is a high-quality plant extract, which is produced according to Paracelsian tradition in a complex and multi-stage process. The aim is to preserve and utilise the wholeness of the respective plant through distillation and extraction. The herbs used are produced in the midst of the Bregenzerwald mountains and are partly harvested by hand and freshly processed.
Mary thistle is also known as the "liver plant". Milk thistle has been considered a traditional medicinal plant since ancient times.
The herbal spiritouse can be enjoyed pure or in combination with water or tea (see application for recommendations).
