This is how easy the microbiome test works at home:
1. the test kit contains instructions, a sample container and a stool catcher
2. a sample is taken using a stool catcher (cotton swab) and placed in the sample container
3. the sample is sent to a partner laboratory using the envelope provided
4. the DNA sequencing is completed after around 3 weeks and the report is sent by email as a PDF
5. we offer optional online consultations with our experts.
