Vitamin D is also known as the sun vitamin. This can be formed by direct sunlight over the skin, but the body's own synthesis decreases with age and can be negatively influenced by other factors. These include a possible deficiency due to frequent stays in closed rooms, as well as insufficient nutrition.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the calcium level in the blood, the maintenance of bones, muscle function and teeth.

The Saint Charles vitamin D3 + K2 drops contain an optimal mixture of vitamin D3 and K2 (highly effective MK7 form, 100% all-trans content). The contained vitamin D3 is vegetarian and is obtained from sheep's wool. As carrier oil MCT oil (from coconut oil) is used. Filled in our proven and protective pharmacist's brown glass bottle with pipette for exact dosage.

Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of children. Not intended for daily consumption. 3 drops contain 20 ug vitamin D3 (800 I.U.) and 80 ug vitamin K2. If used every 2 days, this corresponds to 10 ug (400 I.U.) vitamin D3, corresponding to 200% or 40 ug vitamin K2, corresponding to 53.5% of the nutrient reference values according to VO (EU) 1169/2011. People taking anticoagulants as well as children, pregnant women and nursing mothers should only take the product in consultation with their doctor.
