Already centuries ago, craftsmen used scent mixtures to mask the unpleasant smell of freshly tanned leather. This gave rise to what we perceive today as a characteristic leather scent - original and refined at the same time. The scent of leather is unrecognisable and very appealing, and it inevitably evokes nostalgic sensations. In our formula, floral notes reflect the elegance of smooth leather, while rustic woody notes evoke soft vintage pieces after many years of use. As a material, leather envelops like a second skin; as a fragrance, it only gets better with time.
Head. Lotus blossom, clove + pepper.
Heart. Lily of the valley, monochrome violet, orris root + orchid.
Base. Leather, sandalwood, cedarwood, musk, amber + incense.
Vegetable wax blend, cotton wick.
Shorten the wick to 6 mm before each lighting. Place on a heat-resistant, non-combustible surface. Protect from draughts, do not place against the wall. Burn for at least 2-3 hours when first used, then no longer than 3 hours at a time. Do not use again when the candle has burnt down to 1.3 cm of wax.
Hand-poured in Brooklyn. 60 hours burning time. Caution. Do not leave unattended. Burn only within sight. Keep away from flammable materials. Place out of reach of children & pets.
