Zinc picolinate is a compound of zinc and picolinic acid and contributes to normal (acid-base) metabolism, maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, fertility, immune system and normal blood testosterone levels. Zinc picolinate is also used to prevent zinc deficiency.

Calcium carbonate, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (vegetable capsule shell), zinc picolinate.
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water.
